How to extract total RNA

Procedure
1. Add 0.5ml of Trizol reagent per 12well plate
2. Incubate at RT for 5min
3. Transfer the susended solution into 1.5ml of EP tube
4. Add 100μl of CHCl3 per 0.5ml of Trizol reagent
5. Shake vigorously by hand for 15sec
6. Incubate at RT for 5min )
7. Centrifuge at 13,200rpm for 15min at 4℃
8. Transfer 200μl of the aqueous phase to the fresh tube
9. Add 200μl of isopropyl alcohol and mix well by inverting 10times
10. Incubate at RT for 10-30min
11. Centrifuge at 13,200rpm for 10min at 4℃
